Shiritori is a Japanese game that is played by saying a word that correspond with the last syllable/letter of the last spoken word.

Basically since no one here knows much about Japanese language we are going to use English, and mind you, use proper spelling (and capitalization etc).

Rules are simple:
1. No words in past tense, present tense or future tense.
2. English, no Manglish or rojak words.
3. Must be a valid word, check dictionary.com if you do not know the meaning of a word or want to find a unique word.
4. Spelling

Example:
Person A: Apple
Person B: Espionage
Person C: Exterior
Person B: Rampage

isnt it like spelling bee?

Not sure about that, but just continue with a word.

I don't know much about games such as this in the country though.

This is the modified version. Though I think there is a different name for the English one, I don't know.
